Dr. Stu Hoffman is a speaker and author on Chiropractic, motivation and risk management. He is affiliated with the International Chiropractors Association, Michigan Chiropractic Council, National Business and Professional Association, and is a Life Foundation Member. He has held many positions during his career including Convention Committee chair for the ICA, President of ChiroSecure, Risk Purchasing Group for the ICA, President-elect of the Michigan Chiropractic Council and a Board Member for Congress of Chiropractic Associations. He is the President of ChiroSecure.

Brandon Hoffman contributes a wealth of knowledge and deep personal commitment to the chiropractic community, stemming from his distinguished career in insurance, risk management and as a lifelong chiropractic patient. Through his pivotal role at ChiroSecure, he has significantly advanced the protection and legal awareness of chiropractors, empowering new practitioners to navigate the complexities of their profession with confidence. His active role in the development and implementation of ICD-11 coding standards with the World Health Organization showcases his forward-thinking approach, providing valuable insights for chiropractors to adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape. Brandon's involvement in crucial industry forums, including the Chiropractic Summit, demonstrates his commitment to enhancing chiropractic care and the profession at large.

Eric Hoffman has been with ChiroSecure for over 12 years. He spends most of his day coaching chiropractors and their staff on risk management issues that occur in their office. He has helped thousands of doctors avoid malpractice claims by teaching them the best communication techniques to diffuse difficult decisions, allowing patients to feel taken care of, rather than be adversarial.

Kyle Allen is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Life Sciences, General Liability, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Labor & Employment Practices. Allen represents corporate and institutional clients in a range of litigation matters in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on products and general liability matters, including claims against commercial motor vehicle operators, and employment-related litigation. He also focuses on the representation of doctors, nurses, hospitals, chiropractors, nursing homes, long-term care facilities and healthcare entities in medical malpractice matters.

John Salvucci is the Managing Partner in the Philadelphia office of Lewis Brisbois and the National Co-Chair of the Life Sciences Practice. He regularly associates in the defense of high exposure cases for excess insurers. In this capacity, he is often brought in as a consultant tasked with developing an understanding of the key medical and scientific issues; identifying and retaining preeminent authorities; and formulating the defense strategy. Additionally, he serves as national counsel in mass tort cases. In the past, he has directly defended hundreds of claims on behalf of a weight loss company; a medical device manufacturer of bone screws: and a processor of human bone allografts. Salvucci and his team have also served as national coordinating counsel for dental clinics and dialysis facilities. His team has analyzed and evaluated claims on a variety of topics including fungal meningitis arising from steroid injections, ischemic strokes triggered by vertebral arterial dissections and, most recently, addiction and death related to the use of opioids.
