Upon graduation from Life Chiropractic College (now Life University) in 1981, Dr. Schneider opened the Schneider Chiropractic Center in Paramus, New Jersey. During that time, he successfully completed all the modules necessary to be eligible to take the Diplomate in Chiropractic Orthopedics exam. After 13 years of developing and managing a successful practice, he sold it and moved his family to Alpharetta, Georgia, and began working at Life University (Life U). Initially, he supervised patient care in the outpatient clinic and was promoted to Assistant Clinic Director of what was the largest chiropractic educational clinic in the world. In 2003, he moved into university administration, focusing on Academic Affairs before transitioning to Student Affairs in 2007. In 2023, he assumed the role of Vice President of Operations at Life U and is now responsible for the physical operations of the campus. He has taught Ethics and Boundaries as well as Georgia Law for 20 years.
