Dr. Dominic Fetterly grew up in Toledo, Ohio where he eventually attended the University of Toledo and received his Bachelor of Science in athletic training. While in school, he worked as a neurological rehabilitation technician at the University of Toledo Medical Center. After graduating from the University of Toledo, he attended Life University (Life U) to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic.

Alongside the chiropractic program, Dr. Fetterly received training from various functional neurologists and internships that include the NeuroLIFE Institute (NLI) at Life U. He became a board-certified chiropractic neurologist through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in 2018. From a young age, Dr. Fetterly had been interested in traumatic brain injury and neurological rehabilitation due to his own injury list. Having suffered multiple concussions through childhood and sport injuries, traumatic brain injuries of his own led him to seek information. His personal experience prompted his interest in the realm of chiropractic functional neurology and neurological rehabilitation. He currently serves as the Director of the NeuroLIFE Institute on Life U’s campus.
